How Clearing Out works
- One listing with your photos and prices: $5 to list up to 25 items for 30 days. No account and no subscription.
- It goes live as soon as the fee is confirmed; a person looks first only when a safety check trips, and nothing is charged for a listing that cannot be posted.
- You can make corrections for the first 72 hours.
- Interested people reach you through a relay form on the listing, so your email address stays off the page. You arrange pickup or delivery between you.
Making it go well
- Photograph things in daylight, one picture per item, with anything worth knowing in the description.
- Price to sell: a clear-out is about the space, not the last dollar.
- Say when and where pickup can happen, and meet somewhere you are comfortable.
When a shop is the better fit
If you will keep selling, a shop is cheaper per item over time and keeps its address. Clearing Out is for the one-off.

Do I need an account or a shop?
No. A Clearing Out listing stands on its own.
Who handles the payment?
You and the buyer, directly. The fee is for publishing the listing; any deal is between the people involved.
How long does a listing stay up?
For 30 days, then it comes down by itself.
